Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Occasionally there may be potential delays, due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues, that are outside of our control however we will endeavour to make you aware of these delays either:

  • At point of order or;
  • As soon as is reasonably practicable after the order is placed, and before dispatch

If, in the event of these delays, you wish to cancel the order, it will be cancelled and relevant refunds issued either:

  • As soon as cancellation request is received, if the order has not been dispatched or;
  • Once the item is returned to the stated Hazkit address, if the order has already been dispatched before your cancellation is received

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping threshold: £50.00 per order (inclusive of discounts)

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-2 Working Days

Standard Shipping: Estimate delivery time 5-7 Working Days

Please note some products will not provide a choice between Express or Standard Shipping but all available options are available and easy to choose at checkout.

Local Delivery and In-Store Pick up

We are unable to offer either local delivery rates or in-store pick up as an option at the time. We will update this policy and the online store as soon as this option becomes available.

International Shipping

At this time, we can offer limited shipping to countries outside of the UK. Please contact for a quotation contact@hazkit.co.uk or call 01621 502998.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@hazkit.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, we will look to provide alternative shipping options wherever possible. If no alternative carriers are available to support delivery of your order to a P.O. box, we will contact you and request an alternative delivery address.
