For use in water, designed for use in bilges or sumps

Supplied in packs of 10, Drizit Active oil absorbent bilge booms are designed for use removing oil from bilges and sumps.

A 3m length of rope attached to one end, allows for easy installation and retrieval of the bilge boom. As well as second ring for attaching bilge booms together.

A strong and porous outer combined with the highly absorbent polypropylene filler makes for a high performance bilge boom.

Manufactured from a grey nonwoven outer based on thermally bonded continuous bi-component filaments, PET core and PA-6 skin (nylon), 10 dtex per filament. 

Hydrophobic properties allow the booms to float on water and only absorb hydrocarbons such as diesel and other pollutants.

For use on:

• To contain or control any spill
• Water repellent hazardous and non-hazardous oils, distillates and fuels
